Photoshop CS6 adds a new filter called Iris blur where user can easily adjust the in-focus and out-of-focus areas in a photo by selectively blurrring the certain parts of an image to create a shallow depth of field effect.

What? A Blog post on a Photoshop plugin, especially one that’s be around for a awhile? For the last few months I’ve been working with this plugin to create some very nice artistic patterns.
The Results are beautiful when your using a very decorative patterns, and random results get you things creatively unexpected.
Very useful plugin when you want to produce art like this quickly. Only available on 32bit versions of Photoshop. Check out the web page and other plugins from Mehdi.
